I just added an Ogg Vorbis file to the music folder in Add-Ons, but for some reason, when I select the song, It doesn't play! This has happened in other peoples' servers too! Help!

It happens in other servers because you have "download music" unticked, so you don't get the music files to play on the server

If it's stereo, then the volume gets boosted way up for it, but it makes all mono sounds very, very quiet.
