Just because you can't be bothered to fix your Add-On on RTBv3 doesn't mean you should then go and post it here.

Dodgeball.dts is missing the texture "texture".
The item icon is of a very low quality and does not colorshift correctly with anything except the Red dodgeball. Use a screenshot of the item, cut out in an image editor and with reduced saturation/increased contrast to appear white. You should also add the translucent dark background that appears in every other item icon.
The sounds are copied from the spear and create extra downloads. Find new ones or use forceRequiredAddOn to run the spear and then reference spearExplosionSound/spearFireSound. (look at the Guns Akimbo for an example)
