Author Topic: A little more advanced port forwarding question?  (Read 432 times)

Ok, so I have been able to host servers ever since I first got Blockland, until now. For some reason when I enter all the information needed under internet protocol, it says something like "A network is already using the IP address. Would you like to go back and change the address?" Then you have a choice of yes or no. If you click yes it just goes back to the protocol menu. If you hit no it continues on like it is supposed to. When this first happened I thought it was fine and was just being stupid. When I tried to host a server however, it was dead. I cannot seem to find any way of fixing this problem.

Help :D

Help :D
Why help should I help you when you seem completely satisfied by these actions... :/  [/sarcasm]

That is Odd, out of the 1 1/2 years I have had Blockland, this has never happend.

Ok, I'll edit my topic post.

*Sorry for double post*

Or not... Why cant i edit any of my posts?

You can't edit posts in the help section.

Help board doesn't have edit buttons. Also, Blob: That means you either entered the wrong IP address in the top row of your configuration, or you already forwarded those ports at that IP address on another computer using your network. If your other laptop isn't port forwarded, and you aren't typo'ing, then just re-do the whole port forwarding process incase your IP address has changed.
