How do i make a dedicated server?

The help in the game is too confuzing......

Go into the base file of Blockland.
Typically c:\program files\Blockland\

Click dedicated.bat

Make sure you can get a normal server running.

but make sure you don't make a dedicated server and then not follow through with it..that pisses me off when people do that.
