He meant 'Volounteer' and if you decide you cant make the Add-On and want it, then post a description of what you would like in Suggestions and Requests. NOT ADD-ONS OR MAPS! But be wary of the fact that just posting it in S&R Wont guarantee it being made. So be prepared to have it turned down, or not made. Also if you do learn to make the Add-On/Map you wish for, be careful not to release it early or if its rather bad. Try and get some people to test it out upon your server (which you will need one) and then check if its a high enough quality to be released. Most first ever Add-Ons and Maps arent all that good, and arent usually wanted.
