I was just wondering. This had nothing to do with anything, but which codec is for High Definition?

In Windows Movie Maker I set it to "More Settings" then to "Windows Media HD 720p (5.9 Mbps)"

You have to film it with an HD camera and save it as HD quality and upload it as HD.

Basically, you can't do it with a home video camera. You have to buy an HD camera.
