There's thousands of sites for free hosting. But I recommend you ask your parents for some money, since you're obviously young, and buy paid shared hosting.

Wow your good at telling age (No sarcasm intended). Actually I'm not sure how old you need to be to get a pre-paid visa. I'm actually 14
