I can't PM either. What I really don't understand is, I can't use Animated avatars. WHY BADSPOT, WHY?!

75X75 or less, otherwise it gets autoresized and animation lost

I think I know what size it needs to be. It always tells me that it failed to upload, and I have tried 3 frame animations.
Yes, everyone I tried was 75x75.
