If you have more then one Antivirus it can give you false results.

I have that, though I completely turned it off. I'm wise enough not to download a virus and I haven't had any problems for the past year.

Never heard of Avira.
My laptop came with Norman Antivirus, but I disabled it's file scanning, it was too annoying. :D

In my opinion antiviruses can be more harmful than viruses.
