How do I dedicate my sever?

When i put up the  "dedicate" app. at the end it says that my my sever has not been setup with RTB How do i dedicate it?

ok hers how to by steps:
1.first start a non dedicated server
2.when spawned go to blockland folder
3.then click the "dedicated.bat icon"
4.then another black box should pop up,wait for it to load.
5.it should say posting to master server authentication connecting... Authentication SUCCESS.
6.ps.if it doesnt say authentication success it didnt work.

or if you have RTB you have to put in your code like mine is "polar_bear_1_9088" then it should work
