Although I doubt you can figure it out, you model using a modeling program and script using Notepad.

You have to have an IQ of:
120 to make music, and decals.
130 to make a weapon
135 to make a vehicle
150 to make something like a new gamemode, or different zombies.

Sorry but according to your post it sounds like you have an IQ of maybe 100
