I tryed to use RTB Irc channle and it sayed you join a banned channel or something can someone help me?

Excessive use of caps lock 3 times

And no, you can do caps lock twice at 12:01AM and once at 11:59PM and still get IP banned.

When ever i connect i see a tag that says (Link X) where usualy (RTB X) Should be
