Rating isn't the only way to give feedback. You can use words, believe it or not. Like, "good job".

Ok, I have some reasons.
One, completely flat,
Two, spammy
Three, cramp the camera with low ceilings.
Four, honestly, its just a bunch of loving boxes with walkways.

ontopic: it is a great start, try to use higher ceilings, and be creative, make the ceiling vaulted or you could make "spacy looking" windows and add other things. Keep building, and use your imagination.
