The mini ninja's of the empire more easily invade an enemy's base than a full sized ninja.

I like the build, nice use of bricks for detail in a scaled down build.

Actually, no that is a common misconception. See normal people believe mini builds are not only small in scale but in width and length to. Well that mistake is wrong, most good mini cities/countries are huge but are small in scale, so a mini nuke may take out about 1 of those islands, tops.

for some reason i prefer .5 scale over .2 scale, i guess just less glitching and it works

That would probably be pretty nice. You should make a bridge connecting two of the islands or something.
