Oro tries his Hand at Drawing

No tablets, no computer edits (other than rotating and resizing), just regular old pen and legal paper (legal paper is long, the reason for some of these being cut off). Well, I know they suck. I already know that.

Characers:

•Ventra - The cat lady in the first and second comic, can turn into a demon, or grab a surge of power from her inner demon's power.

•Aeon- The skinny man in the first and third, a trained mercenary skilled with sword and throwing weapons. He is a Magnashi,a man who was slightly infected with beastly genes.

Fawklek- The fat man that Aeon travels with. Not much more to him.

For the first comic, all I want to know is:
Does Ventra look good?
Can you read the words?

For the second comic:
Does Ventra look good?
Does the monster look good?
Does her magic spell look good?
Does her daemon eye look good?

For the third one:
Does Aeon look good?
Is his head too big for his body?

The fourth one is just practice with poses and stance.

Help: How do I make it so that my drawings don't appear pixely? Is there a way to resize them without making each pixel bigger?

This has nothing to do with Naruto or any other anime! I realize that the eye may look similar to one of Naruto's magic thingies, but I had no intention of making it look like that.

I can tell that you're not using reference images. Try it out, you'll notice a huge improvement in your work. That doesn't mean you have to be drawing a replica of your image, it's just handy to have something to help you get your proportions (and shape) right. Just get a picture of any random guy.

edit: hands are tricky, but I find it helps so much to actually model the position of the hand with your own so you know what it should look like. Use a mirror if necessary.

Thanks, but before that idiot bumped this topic, I figured out the hand thing myself. And as a reference, well I use my original, better drawing of Ventra for reference because on the actual paper she turned out good. For the other characters (i added more and didnt post since this topic "died") i watch some anime clips, that helps me get the hair and other minor parts done. LOCK
