Often I get stretched polygons on my game. It usually happens whenever there's large amounts of bricks. I've found flushtexturecache(); in console fixes that, after a moment or so of lag. Not sure how well it works for other people, but it should.

Also, I reduce the graphics settings for textures then put them back up to max and it fixes.
