Vehicle stereo

I need a script that would allow you to play music from a vehicle using chat commands or a gui. There was something like this in V8, but I don't know where to find it, otherwise I would have tried to port it.

I miss that old mod. It was fun going crazy in jeeps with music playing

Is possible but have to be careful with vehicles that have sounds already.

Such as my train, uses a seat-slot as a place to play music.
The Blackhawk, probably a mount was made specifically for sound, so a little more made for it/
