Author Topic: controls are reset to the defaults  (Read 1356 times)

Whenever you enter a server or the map changes, your controls are reset to the defaults, no matter if you've set them or not.

Looks like I may have to back up my old controls and make an override add-on.



This can't be going good with this many V12 glitches. I respect that Badspot worked his ass off for this version, but it might not be worth it now. :(

This only happens if you do not have one of the following things bound:

crouch
moveforward
movebackward
moveleft
moveright
jump
useBricks
useTools
useSprayCan
openBSD
shiftBrickAway
shiftBrickTowards
shiftBrickLeft
shiftBrickRight
shiftBrickUp
shiftBrickDown
shiftBrickThirdUp
shiftBrickThirdDown
rotateBrickCW
rotateBrickCCW
plantBrick
cancelBrick
yaw
pitch
mouseFire

In which case you would not be able to play the damn game properly

Yaw and pitch? What?

These are the binds used to look around.  They are bound to mouse0 axisX and axisY by default.

useBricks
I didn't ever bind this because it's easier to bind use slot 1 to the 1 key and then you're pretty much set.

then just bind that to comething obscure like scroll lock
