If you're too stupid to comprehend his (or my) post, you will never succeed in making add-ons.
However, for my own entertainment to watch you fail, I will give you the steps
1) Make an addon
2) Include a description.txt and zip the folder
3) Make a topic in "ADD-ONS" (This is the only time you're allowed to do that)
4) ?????????
5) Success.
