Laggy server

My server is working fine, it is set up properly, but people who come say it is really laggy.

I have fast internet (100Mbps) what could the problem be? and how can i fix it?

I highly doubt your internet speed is actually 100 Mbps, I think you are looking at the speed of your home network. Run a sped test here and give us the results.  http://www.speedtest.net/
