Right click -> Save As on the link or File -> Save As if you've got the text up in your internet browser.

And don't put it into Microsoft Word or it adds its stupid unnecessary formatting which will break the file.

none of these builds are good, they are fine to quickly test the new tdm modes, but the builds get a poor rating just because they are incredibly simple.
