v12 Made blockland not repond

Actually this is my brothers problem, after he installed v12 he opened blockland then its  not responding, we closed blockland and opened again, it still didnt respond.. help?
or i have to download blockland again?

Look in your main BL folder, and make sure there's only one Blockland app, if there's two, delete one.
