The HOBL, was designed to help the new players of Blockland, show them the ropes and stuff, I know some people including myself have a lot of "noobs" joining servers and they are completely clueless on how to do something and you have to keep explaining and explaining to them on how to do it. Well not anymore! The HOBL will try to help as many "noobs" as possible to make your server fun instead half an hour of deleting spam.

The Goal
