Well, generally people don't just go and bump their old topics for no reason, and if they do people generally take a dump on them. I'll assume its just because this is your first "proper" add-on and you're super proud of it and want to keep it stuck on the front of the metaphorical fridge for everyone to see.

Nothing wrong with that really, infact in RTB3 new add-ons are floated to the top of section views for 5 days so everyone gets a good chance to see them.
