4) get a console .log from someone who tries to connect and post that
5) wait patiently
6) Repeat steps 1,2, and 5

To keep from getting that error, turn on music downloading and sound downloading. This HAS to be the client that does this because the server has nothing to do with the client's settings. So if you are hosting, tell the others to turn it on.

I Have a computer that everyone doesn't know if you have to port forward (it's a Mac Os X)

Your Operating System is irrelevant when it comes to port forwarding.
I've looked at guides, the only part that's even vaugly different is the static IP part.
Infact, the port forwarding itself is the exact same no matter which OS.

Yes but for me, it fixed it nearly all the time.

If the error is caused by something else, that will not fix it, I believe.
