I have some qeustions about this program, do you have to have skill in any kind of scripting? Do you have to have any modeling skill(i have a little.).

Is it a good program?

Get VX, it's 100x better.
I bought it, mind you, and it's entirely worth it. You just have to have some common sense and some skill to know how to use it, and actually make a finished, working, product.
