How do I check part compatibility, or - Can someone check for me?

Please note, any part not listed on there is a part I already have. If you have any suggestions that will still stay under my $1600 budget, please tell me. (Don't bother if the provider you link isn't australian.)

Use Newegg or tigerdirect, mine friend
I found a 1000w power supply and that same case you have (NVIDIA edition :D) for 200 dollars total on tigerdirect.
And if your getting more than 3 gb of RAM you better be using a 64bit CPU and a 64bit OS
Aaaaaah stuff australian dollars forget you currencies and locations

Looks like all of your parts will be fine.
