I am making a catapult using the Shootonclick and I want to add animations on click using an image. I have a reload animation and a fire animation. I want to know how to start up the image when I fire/click.

I am using a player like what the tank turret uses. The problem is, when I place the catapult in game, the models are in wrong places and the colors flash and I cannot tell if an animation is playing.

Try making it using just the actual Tank Turret model and then putting yours in if that works. If it then starts messing up, your model is broke.

Could it be that the look animation is using my model's root.dsq. And in Blender, do I have to group ALL of the armatures together? Wha tarmatures do I need? What armatures have to be extruded form another?
