Help with Port Forwarding

In the Tutorial, it says to modify your Local Area Connection(LAC). My LAC isnt active, i go of of a Wireless Adapter only. Should I modify that? or just stick with the LAC?

Oh, also I have 2 Internet Protocals, a v4 and a v6. What do i do there?
