Lag in some maps.

In Bedroom or the tutorial (ripped i didnt see if it lagged in the real tutorial)
The latency for my server instantly goes up to 900+
But if i look down in the ground i dont lag.

this seems to happen in maps like the Mars map Mutantz ported...something about the interior crashes you when you look upwards and in Tutorial i think its Multiplayer issues but in Bedroom? i dont know

It may be your processor. I can't play in Bedroom or Kitchen.

You are using an integrated laptop video chipset which is of course, complete stuff.  Try turning down all of your graphical settings to "minimum" in the options.  I don't even know why I have to tell people this, you should really be able to figure this kind of crap out on your own.
