Some idiot decided to include the default music in his music pack, packaged it wrong and gave obscure installation instructions for it involving getting rid of them to extract it. Nobody read it and ended up with files with the same name as the default musics (including the really long After School Special), but these were 'enabled' instead of the real ones and were downloaded to everybody in the server...
Which then enabled it for them. And so it spread.
