Fail bin unavailible?

everytime I wanna go to the fail bin it says it's unavailible to me why cant I go in the fail bin plz help me

It's been like that since sometime in v9.
Badspot doesn't have time to edit posts and remove links, so he just makes it unavailable so you cannot download failed add-ons.

Obviously the only reason you would go to the failbin is to take the failed stuff then complain it doesn't work.

i agree with heedical, but other people might have had their addon failed and want to see if they can make it better/fix problems

then they can fix it from the copy they have already. why would the creator need to redownload his own thing?

Broken add-ons are preserved in the fail-bin for future scientific study.  They are brown townyzed so that Blockland can be made more resistant to failure.
