Yes.

Welcome to the apartments, but not really apartments because you can only access two of the floors so far and both of those floors only have hallways.
But anyway, onto the images.

Close Up of Front

Inside the First Floor (Second Floor is basically the same, just different colors)

Roof.

Now this is only one of the buildings, as you can see in the background, it is actually a quite large overall build.
However I am farthest along with this one, and am far enough that I am comfortable showing it to you, the community.

So..

The third floor of the building is an admin room, in there you can alternate between rain and snow.
I just like the look of the rain more.

Not yet, I wanna finish the overall thing.

ALSO:
If anyone has the fixed Duplicator, I would love to have it, and would be able to release just the building.
