just because it didnt cost you money, don't mean you have permissions to use it as you wish.
technically... LEGALLY, if those TOB guys ever did manage to make a product and earn from it, badspot could confiscate all the profits and all the work they did, and put his name on it.
i use to work at a golf course when i was 18, the manager took me to some boring golf show. where a few celebs were whoring stuff and random equipment companies were advertising.
some random guy had a stand where he was selling custom club handles, with any logos or names on it you asked for.
he had a whole set of demo clubs that happened to be using our clubs's logo (he just picked at random for the show)
my manager called the police on him and grabbed the clubs and tossed em in his car. he owns em now.
