Man screw everything I said, do this:

Muffinmixes information in a nut shell, use extrude then move down the top verts. Whoa that was hard.

Elaboration

1- Select faces on the surface you want to Bevel
2- Click the Extrude button a bit farther down the side thing, right under the Box and Plane buttons
3- Click and Drag to drag out the face (creating a new section)
4 - Select top vertexes of the new section
5- Move them down

3. I managed to find out my own way but with three times the faces.
