Yes, i have the dedi server but that your server isnt setup to work with rtb yet! stuff is getting on my nerves.

in the command it has you put in, does it include the <s or "s?

Wrong section.
The server is online, and will be once initialization is finished.
The RTB part is just so people can check the RTB information, like players on the server, add-ons, etc.
