"LoZ hookshot glitch ????" second glitch

now every time I try to spawn the hookshot I cant find it.

Its not in "spawn item thingy"

• Its not in add-ons folder or in selector
• I tried re-downloading but it said "HTTP 637 NOT FOUND"
I looked in recycle bin but it wasn't there

• So Even if i had link I still cant download
What is this problem?

yes it was  in add-ons and enabled but it dissapiered completly from my computer
