Okay I have RTB and I want to make my self some avatars. Im using paint shop pro and the file name Is Decal_Scottie inside my zip I have a thumbs folder and it that there is a 75x75 pixel decal. I put it in zip nothing works please help.

Oh the file type is Jpeg Jfif

You need to make the Decals 256x256 pixels.
Put them directly in the .zip. And a 64x64 pixel version of the decal ("Image Size" function).
Save the 64x64 pixel thumbnail in a folder called "thumbs", with the same name as the original one.
Put the folder inside the .zip.
Make sure it has the thumbnail inside of it.
Also, it is recommended that you do NOT use spaces in the filename. Replace any spaces with underscores, or no spaces/underscores at all.

Oops, forgot one thing. Save it as a ".PNG" format.

Ya but Im not downloading anything else Paint Shop Pro was £50 so im using it

paint.net or GIMP are completely free. If nothing else, download then for their exporting abilities.

or look here if you must use paint shop pro.
