I would have to say CART is the best, but that's just my opinion. Try to find a clan with people you can get along with and preferably don't hate you. Many clans are also specialized for certain types of buildings, so pick one you find your best at building. Blockintosh and iEvent are eventing clans so if you are good at it it'd be good to apply. It's a matter of your own decision, so remember to pick a clan with good people and that they do stuff you are good at.
