64x64 Baseplate

When I try to build on a map, it says i need to start out with a 64x64 baseplate and aline the brick with the exsisting brick. Can anybody help me solve this problem for it doesn;t happen on my friends server. Thank you.

Turn off Script_Terrain build rules.

It's automatically disabled, don't enable things if you don't know what they do.
