No no, this is not one of those topics about "Gimme link to cityRP i luv cityrps soooo much!"
Iban's CityRP is on the loose.  I was at  some random freebuild when someone gave a link to "Iban's CityRP".  Well, i tried it out and believe it or not,it is Iban's CityRP. I have deleted it since it is useless and i hate CityRPs.  I just want to know how this guy got a hold of this.Edit: oh crap, i haven't been on Add-ons section in a while an 2 Iban's cityRP MODs posted already.  forget.  I did not know of this..   Hm suspicios lol.
