If I accidentally clicked Keep Blocking when I try to run a server of something how would I get the keep blocking/unblock thing back?I tried re-opening/re-running the thing but the keep blocking/unblock wont pop back up

What program? Open it up, and look through the interface for the thing you want.

i think hes talking about a virus protector that he clicked block on the program and now it wont let him get on it

It's Windows Defender. You can disable it.
