Server always full?

Some reason my server is ALWAYS full when i start it. i make the settings at 32 People, then i start the game, quit, then run a dedicated server. it says its full. i tried deleting RTB but that didnt help. it still does the same thing. Full server :(

Usually it's RTB screwing up the player count to 0.

Exactly, What do i do! <:O! Im almost finished with my RPG and i need my server up to work lol :3

Try setting it to a limit like 24.

Lol apparently it was an addon i downloaded. Legends spell pack :3 ima just stick to omega lol. Woot! cant wait till i finish my RPG :3

Any of these are terrible, little alone give a million errors in your console.
