Vehicles in Minigames are nearly Invulnerable... help?

In minigames, for some reason vehicles are pretty much invincible. You cant blow them up or hurt their pilots. I'm just going to guess that another addon is causing this problem.... anyone wanna help? Oh and by the way, I have vehicle damage on.
