I think hes talking bout the add-on someone showed in the gallery that they might released thats a client side and it builds a pixel art thing to the picture you select

Did you extract the .zip?
and also, make sure you follow the video exactally the first time to learn what you need to do. It works for me and all of my friends who got it.
