Bricks loading: not weapons

Every time I load my dogfight the weapons in yellow base never load. I saved multiple versions and every time I load, one base doesn't have the weapons. Why is this.

Item quota limits?

This happens to me sometimes, I just hammer the "broken" vehicle spawn, make new ones, and they work fine.

Bump. My item quota is like 10000

Is is ALL the items in one base don't spawn and all do spawn in the other do... Or is it just the majority either way?
