Help!! How do i resize my avatar!!

i have this avatar photo i want but it needs to be resized, but heres the problem it's a .gif file!!

Umm its not letting me put my image here even though i put insert image on? The image is 130 by 130. plz help

I want my avatar to be resized to 75 by 75 without losing its animation, but i dont know how? Can someone experiment with it until its resized and still works? Thank you.
