Duplicate it throw the duplicate in the trash then highlight the trash and press delete

Ok 2 things:

1. Why are you running OS9??? Apple doesn't even support that anymore, thats how outdated it is.

2. I'm on OSX and just tried every way I could think of to delete my trashcan and it's actually impossible.
