I tried to model in milkshape but when I go to use it, it doesn't show up in the weapons list. So I have a few questions:
1. I make a model and two joints. I name them mountPoint and muzzlePoint with a captal P right? But I'm stuck there. What next?
2. I made textures and assigned them to the parts. Do I make the colors in MS3D or do I make them in the .png that is named the same thing. Am I doing this right? Never mind this one I found the flatshading tutorial. Unless it's wrong...
3. I used the Weapon_example.cs for the script and rename all of the blanks. Do I have to do anything else to this? Does this script still work?
4. Do I add anything else to the .zip? Like sounds, description, ect.
