I just downloaded Paint.net,I plan on learning how to make decals,I already had lots of ideas.
my main idea right now is lego soccer decals,and a few lego pirates decals/faces.
any help/suggestions?
For one i need to know how to make stuff transparent before i make anything.

It's the best I've used so far, but I am sure there are better ones out there.

I'll probably get into that when i get enough money for my new laptop.

Do i need to make the background transparent too?

I'm all of the sudden excited that i'll be making a real add-on.

I also hope to get into scipting and/or modeling.

How big/small do i need to make a decal?

Any power of 2 will work.

512 square is preferred.
